Even allowing there might be the really rare occasion that happens, Colossal Might/Demolish stacks are refreshed by MS with a twenty-four second window. If you're going twenty-four seconds without pressing MS, you have bigger problems than losing your Colossal Might stacks.

yes, however your sim is not setup correctly - because you didn't check "replace existing gems" the only new gems you're trying to use are those in the Bloodbath Signet/Championship Ring, and notice that it wants to use 2x Quick Onyx while all of your other slots have Emeralds and one Ruby instead

• notice that your top 4 results (including one with Circlet) are all using Onyx to maximizing the Crumbling Blasphemite bonus

what you should do is check "replace existing gems" to fix combinations, though this can be very heavy on iterations across a lot of sockets, so a less intensive way to do it is to simply click the + sign on your socketed items (not including the one with the diamond in it, since that's not changing) and empty sockets, thereby only running combinations on those specific items you want to change the gem in. You can also do this with enchants to make it easier to swap them in the same way

all of which should give you results closer to this, which still comes out to the same best items, though with a much smaller ~0.1% gap compared to Circlet. At a glance, it looks like your gearing is really low on Crit, which would appear to be the main reason you're seeing the change, so I wouldn't toss your Circlet just yet
