I actually think arms in raid is the simpler spec. Actually colossus is more complicated.
Colossus is pretty damn simple with that build in M+
Obviously there are always tiny optimizations you can do, but you can get really good results with really little effort

the 2 BB points arent anything major very minor flex points. The idea for Bloodsurge is to help cover the rare moments you rage starve due to good rng with EB resets and a lack of skyfury in the grp if you dont have a shaman

If you have 2 set, you start tracking. At 10 Stacks, over power is a more valuable press over execute
at 4 Set, I find Overpower being more valuable press over Execute. But in not that big. if You have EP just make sure you have 2 stacks OP and EP

i got a weakaura that is set up to count the number of targets with the debuff, alongside the lowest remaining duration of it. there are times where the count bugs out, but overall its good enough to serve as a reminder to reapply it

other than in st where ur just refreshing in pandemic window u shouldnt need to worry about it in big packs because its being applied through clap. and even with the 5 target cap each use of thunderclap will apply it to another random 5 targets so its going to be up regardless. i think its more important to track deep wounds and colossus debuffs on mobs in larger packs since thats where xtra damage taken comes into play

I presume its connected to Anger Management CDR but i usually the cdr skills work fine on other classes

You can parry the big whirlwinds that the mini bosses and the gladiator boss in theater of pain. But the minis change abilities I think weekly. You can also parry the charge in dfc first boss.

I wouldn't call it bait, but trinkets that summon NPCs are notoriously unreliable - sometimes they work, sometimes the npc decides to fuck off, sometimes the npc dies

- kezan doesn't work as well with short combat or downtime between pulls
- pacemaker doesn't work well with downtime in combat or between pulls
- noggenfogger requires the npc not to be dumb
- house of cards has a shard cd with Slots

I actually think Arms is easier tbf, Fury "bounces" between actions a lot more (especially during Reck) and Double Down procs can be hard to predict

you can set up an action sequence to always use abilities in the same order, though it might break a little if something unexpected happens

Yeah I move 1 in BB into BS in both slayer raid spec and col M+ spec (with Walhe's no-EP build) and rage during execute is never an issue in either case
IIRC Fishy said before patch that 1 in BB vs BS was very close in slarms ST build
So I've just been doing that and not simming the difference bc I don't want to be sad
its not a frequent issue I run into. it happens pretty rarely just annoying when it does.
In ST, it's like 0.3% or something, very minor
maybe a slight bit more if you ever have the opportunity to multidot (bandit?) but probably not much more
