This trinket has no icd. When you leave combat it fully resets and is ready to be procced again.
If you can make sure you actually leave combat before you pull into more packs its a great trinket for dungeons.

Ravager just means you can drop it at your feet and keep your rotation up. Especially in execute range. Blade storm you can do nothing else for 6 seconds. And bladestorm doesn't hit hard enough to accommodate the loss of GCD.
They need to buff bladestorm to make it viable. Just feels shit using so many hero talent points on bladestorm, then not take it. I'll.prob swap back to bladestorm

You can get pretty good uptime by waddling out kinda sideways and turning for gcd’s, even when he jumps up into a puddle. Try it at your own discretion though..
