That build is slightly different from what's on wowhead, slightly simpler and basically neutral boss/aoe damage as well
That doesn't include cds but yeah basically use them whenever you can (obviously not if a pack is about to die) and SS on cd as well

I don’t think “accurate” is really an objective metric tbh
Which I know sounds odd, but the whole idea of M+ is dynamicy - how you pull, how fast you kill with diff comps, how you route from one run to another
All of those things change unless you’re consistently playing with the same group, the same route, and all performing the same way each and every time
What sims do is give you a baseline for comparison, whether it’s necessary “accurate” for how you might perform in a very specific situation (e.g. an individual dungeon) is kinda of secondary; the idea is just to give you a point to measure from
Which is why we usually go with either single target and/or sustained multitarget, get your results, and then extrapolate
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with dungeon slice or dungeon route just throwing everything on cd either… because frankly a lot of players do exactly that (whether they necessarily should or not), even if it’s not the most “accurate” way of measuring optimal performance

problem with seaforium is that unless you stop damage, that 60s is undoubtedly going to end up proccing at an inopportune time, like right before an intermission or something

I would hesitate to call it an exploit outright, but it is absolutely exploitable, especially for alts that are less likely to have turned in the quest last week, which is exactly why WH didn't go into detail on how to replicate it yourself - it's not something that should be encouraged, whether or not Blizzard decides to treat it as an exploit and take action against it
