the good news is that you can just use simc and raidbots to figure out the best items for your character !!! you can toy around with top gear to see whats best from what you have in your bags or droptimizer to see what you can farm for
regarding tier it doesnt really matter just equip 4p and then let top gear figure out if you want 5 tier pieces or wanna wear an offpiece
