Arms will naturally desync its own cooldowns thanks to Anger Management. For single target in Colossus, you usually just send it on CD, unless you know a large pack of adds will spawn in the next (few) seconds.

I went fury for this fight because I think the 2pc was still bugged during the time so I had this tiers 4pc and last seasons 2pc. I tried to make arms work for the sweeping strike value on earlier pulls but without more gear fury was performing better. So next week I might try to minmax it more cause Crim was absolutely slamming

simming for M+ in general is a bit of an imperfect science. Dungeon Slice is fine to use, but if you do want a more robust audit, you should honestly sim using all of the different ones you listed and take an educated guess based on the outputs of all of them

usually only the first one is like that vs a single target boss but vs more than 1 target it stacks up very fast
if ur fighting absolutely 1 target then just cast it b4 WB ends. u can delay it a bit casting MS to try and build some stacks but its not gonna be 10. after that just send on CD dont delay it for a WB unless its a few globals

Yo all - i haven't played arms in a while, and i'm a little bit confused about confused about how to manage ravager and sweeping strikes. - Do we want to overlap these, or just pop them when off CD? (with the wowhead prio)
Doing Sweeping strikes we seem to want to prio Mortal strike, but ravager does boosts our cleave damage quite a bit. So I'm curious if i should hold Ravager until Sweeping strikes expires to stack it up with Collateral Damage?
