The real answer is that at super high keys fury typically has higher survivability and a smoother dmg profile between ST and multitarget. But if doing mechanics is your concern then playing the class you’re more comfy on is better.

1. Do you always use execute on proc as the priority global? Or do you wait to have three stacks of Marked for death (Slayer base ability that increases execute damage by 15 per stack, stacking 3 times)

2. Do you just prioritize execute during the execute phase so long as you can keep hitting it? Or do you stop to Mortal strike with the damage buff.
