Regardless you definitely should keep it the way you have it now! What's important is that it's there during cs so your unhinged will catch the buff too.

You don't want to put roar and avatar together because the initial damage gcd of roar is almost certainly less valuable than pretty much any other gcd you could use the avatar duration on instead. To say nothing of the mental arithmetic if you ever talent into short roar being on the same button.
