Tbh it really should be baseline and WW removed. That talent is literally all our AOE and it really only has 1 other talent buffing it and that's collateral. I rather they make baseline and nerf and make more talents that interact with cleave instead yeah.

Yeah def would love to see that change next expansion. Could rework the tree to have aspects of a big AOE cleave focus vs a more passive small cleave with things like legion style sweeping strikes Shadowlands playstyle
