seems to me you want to pop Avatar at every point anyway and since its off the GCD

Iftk is already about getting most global inside cs so redundant imo. To make tom an interesting choice node it would have to super promote a pooling rage and spending big and fast inside cs and rage simply doesn't work that way. Maybe if taking tom increased rage cost and damage across the board or smth
