I try to delay a couple things to better line up that massive cleave. It's not that big of an issue to go either way. You'll see the 10 mil cleave or the 6 mil cleave. Adds up to pretty much equal in the end.

raidbots counts it as bs damage* (and maybe simc too, I haven't looked at the source code for that) - logs treat unhinged as a separate cast event of MS/BT and should include it in their damage the same way details does
Unhinged and other triggered casts are a real pain in the ass to handle nicely, so different applications probably do it differently

While details just stacks up spell ids sims are made to try keep the damage and triggers of those abilities together so its easier to bugcheck simc. Same as how you get like 3 versions of reap on sims under abilities but details it stacks them all
