has good single target but not competitive, has burst aoe but not burst enough compared to shaman and warriors, but then rips up a storm in council fights but also out dps'd by many others
might be better if i run this week with that 14% buff
id argue it's a well balanced class but the input to output ratio for ww isn't justified imo
ww has no burst and 5 target cap therefore shit m+ spec

Well, depends how degenate you wanna play. I've tested some target dummies and found holding cool downs a bit so they all line up for collateral is more damage. It's just super toxic playstyle.
And in keys it will be super hard to be effective cause you're gonna be waiting on the tank.

Or if you have like a gcd or two left in sweeping, used op twice already, fill with slam or t clap for a gcd then send the big cleave bonk

with the mortal strike buff, the 20% more mortal strike dmg from the stacked set bonus and the 20% more mortal strike dmg after a mortal strike crit, it looks like overpower will be out of place, as long as rage generation is fine.

I don't but it should be pretty easy to make yourself from scratch, when you make a new weakaura there should be an option called "template" or something like that, it'll walk you through making simple cases like that

It depends.. If you have short killtimers (2-3mins) and/or high uptime on thread, it is better than ascendance, since you have 100% value from first second of the fight.
It was a very odd change, and honestly shows how out of touch they are.
Currently every single kill we do on our reclears, our healers are trying to parse, which makes dawnthread lining uptime dogshit since its mostly just 1 or 2 healers healing, instead of all of them.
For aoe it's not a big deal becuase you weren't really using execute, but for st, goddamn, it's bad

As far as i know gregs started work on thane so i don't know exact how they will preform

It was the old talent that let prot use charge and intercept, then it was basically replaced by Double Time in MoP (over the years, they kept the Warbringer name for an unrelated talent/pvp talent and completely redesigned what it did in ways that were increasingly irrelevant in PvE)

it does solid aoe damage, but loses out on execute damage. However it is very easy to play IMO
you can also drop battle lord and 1 point from deft experience or bloodborne to pick up massacre and executioner's precision if you want
but the build without uproar, adding in bm torment, and dropping bloodborne entirely has been my favorite
i would not "waste" a point on blademasters torment if you're new(ish). Its not necessarily a waste, but its much simpler to play short roar
I think slayer with blunt instruments is probably the easiest arms build to plug n play
colossus is just so much better at using cleave

In AOE you shouldn't have any problem fitting demolish in CS everytime

overall is bait and has more to do with how the tank pulls and what the key level is than how well you are doing
Its a combo of both, but is heavily reliant on the tank for sure
Tank in same dungeon at same level can swing an overall by like 750k

Haste scales the gcd and the cooldown on ms identically so there is never a situation with proper play where you have to wait to send ms
