Cleave is still pressed with SS up on 2T because of FoB (I think it’s called)
I prio MS during SS on up to 3 targets, without SS I prio cleave
Nothing really changes with your rotation during ravager iirc, SS demolish go big though
Also, typically AoE is 3+

Right now you only have a healing gem for one slot (which does a lot of healing tbh) so its a dps loss atm

Fury is balls since you are locked to 5T. Survivability is not that big of an issue as well on lower keys (10-11 range )

Compare the gems the data has vs the one u have
It's more for fury
The Data has 3 gems plus max ring level I have only one gem and low Ring level.
Data also has full preset bis meaning you are swapping the current best item before ring for the ring which will impact overall numbers.
Just because your proc has done 3.1% you have to remember you lost all those stats of value from your other abilities

Ofc all sims archi posts are preliminary sims. They are rough estimates. You tend to see most times info is pushed that something is patched on raidbots after that wasn't working as intended.
Rechecking the bis profile ring is around 3%

Isn't low row change due to removal of endurance traning bad? WEapon specialization is now 2 points, instead of 1, so you will have to give up something in the end anyway

Other things are moving around and endurance training is going into armor talent

so that row ends up with extra 1 point required for 2hand specialization

Correct - unless you're using Battlelord (which is non-standard), Mortal Strike is only used to refresh Rend or with two stacks of Lethal Blows... and Lethal Blows won't exist anymore in Season 2
in a standard ST sim, Mortal Strike is used less than 10 times throughout the entire Execute phase, the rest is all Execute and Overpower
from what i am hearing with the 4pc arms sounds cooked
I definitely consider this spammy - Execute triggering Colossal Might is part of the problem, as is the baseline power level of Mortal Strike itself

Personally, my ideal would be something like MS -> Exe -> Exe -> OP -> MS, keeping MS mostly on cooldown, enough rage to stack EP without completely starving, and sprinkling in OP to fill
op replacing the third exe is good too aslong as the rotation keeps that nice rythmn
with a little variance of course, cause it's not that clean, but the current tuning is all sorts of scuffed - if it wasn't for the S1 4p, you almost wouldn't press MS at all

depends on the proc rate imo, but you get tier so quickly now that I don't think "having 2p but not 4p" will be a serious consideration

data says its a 15% proc rate btw, not PPM, but I think that's referring to the Overpower consumption part
so the proc rate might be scripted, or hidden in another spell I haven't found yet
so it seems that with the current gameplay of colossus at least, you should be able to get a decent amount of stacks?
but yeah if it procs fairly frequently, I think it could be moderately fun to play the slot machine and see if you can get big stacks

yeah I think that's what I liked about DF arms at least in S3/S4 was all the executes you could pull off in a row

the real question is whether or not it will be worth going out of your way to fish for consumption at a certain number of stacks - like do you start prioritizing Overpower more at 7+ stacks or something? I think probably not and you just let it happen naturally, but idk yet (again it depends on how frequently it procs, and the likelihood of being consumed before reaching 10 and potentially overcapping)
A greater concern will be whether you want to go out of your way to avoid pressing Overpower at a certain number of stacks, either so that it can stack up more first or so that you can try to consume it during CS/etc

Personally think massacre should be baseline for arms warrior but I'm not a designer and don't if that would break the spec

Intimidating shout is my personal pet peeve because it's outclassed by all similar abilities in one way or another. Warlock fear is same target cap but half the cd, paladin blind is same cooldown but no target cap, priest fear has no target cap and also half the cooldown, same with dragons breath. Blinding sleet and rogue blind are uncapped on a 1 minute cd.
The followup node is dead too. Damage before breaking is a useless modifier, and while menace is unique it's primarily bad. The one time I wanted to use it was on fyrakk and it was useless there because it both requires a target and also does not knock back that target
before they standardized interrupt lockouts pummel was tied for the worst there too

There are a few times it was inconvenient that it was a fear because of undead mobs, but in general I don't think moving things off of the fear/stun DR is good for the game

But it honestly just creates another problem
Now you don’t feel good about pressing execute in execute
Also makes sudden death worse
so my confusion stems from the fact that the dev note says execute spam is disincentivizing pressing MS, which I dont think it does, they both give a CM stack and with proper buffs MS is better than execute
I could be wrong, I definitely haven't done math to back it.
Currently you only ms with 2 stacks of ep and 2 stacks of 4p
So you ms about once every 6-8 gcds
