Not totally. There are builds that don't use SkS and Dreadnaught, but Bloodletting is used on almost everything as far as I remember.

You can get away with not using SkS for something like Battlelord with Colossus and I think the damage doesn't change much.

Dreadnaught is the same, a bit of a loss in AoE for some more damage in ST for Strength of Arms. Might be worth it for you since Colossus doesn't have great ST.

A lot of people don't like SkS since it feels like it doesn't fit into the rotation and class fantasy that much. I'm okay with it, but I wouldn't take it if I have the choice between something else.

And yeah Warbreaker is used in M+ for AoE damage. But again, might be worth using Blunt Instruments if you feel you are lacking in ST.
