does raidbot model Ara-Kara Sacbrood correctly? people seem crazy about that trinket, but for me raidbot has always put it near the bottom below several other trinkets I have (raidbot seems to think Quickwick Candlestick is the way to go for both aoe and single target.) I've been testing with all trinkets at level 580
this is with both the new raidbot model that was updated today and older ones
non season 1 trinkets are not setup on the apl for obvious reasons

took off all my gear and 1 crit still

I prefer Colossus Arms over Slayer, Slayer feels like a rogue/warrior hybrid while Demolish feels like an Arms Arms spec, if that makes sense

If you're in an AoE scenario, and you have nothing else to press, then you just press TC yes
And you don't much care about the stacks you have, no, but if you're curious in the future, just check the Wowhead guide as it'll have the priority laid out for you

So although what its currently doing is better in terms of optimization (getting as many bladestorms as possible), in terms of readability, it probably could be remains with a different time check (or more likely just a blanket "use bladestorm check")
not entirely; it encourages using Overpower frequently without wasting charges, but that's already pretty heavily encouraged anyway and most of those extra things that are higher priority than OP don't trigger Tactician either (Demolish, Bladestorm, CS, Roar, etc)
Basically it will be wrong because debuff.colossus_smash.duration will always be either 0 if it's not active, or 13 whenever active (10 with Warbreaker). So when there's <4 seconds left of the debuff it won't work how I assume is intended. The current logic is basically the exact same as debuff.colossus_smash.up

both slayer and colossus encourage max use of ms/cleave, in dungeon, EB feels kinda nice, when you can just weave ms and cleaves alot, now set bonus doesnt really support that style

Duration checks the total duration of the spell, for CS that's 10s - it doesn't care if it's actually active or not
- so
if CS duration > 4will always be true, because 10 is in fact > 4
in other words, that line is translating touse bladestorm anytime 10 > 4, or simplyuse bs on cooldown
Remains specifically checks for the duration of the active spell; if it's not active, it equals 0
- so
if CS remains >4will only be true while CS is actually active
in other words, that line would delay Bladestorm until your next CS, which would lose overall casts
So yes, it is poorly written, but it is actually doing what is optimal, which is maximizing Bladestorm casts
From the wiki: duration is the initial duration, in seconds (not the remaining duration) of the current dot. Note that this returns 0 if the dot is not currently ticking.

While I have you, I just noticed the usage of dot.ravager.remains. Just wanted to double check with you that SimC actually considers Ravager as a dot, while the game UI doesn't? I know you get a buff when Ravager is active though.

main thing for Slayer is that SD doesn't really add that much - you typically get all the procs you need out of Imminent Demise
but it's not bad to have - it ramps the Bladestorm buff a little faster, it gives you more EP/Jugg (if you're running it), and does decent damage in its own right

important to note that not all spells are actually reflected, a lot of them are just deflected instead (meaning they don't deal damage to you, but don't return to the sender either)

main reason you don't wanna craft anything right away is because Blizz is still making (largely unannounced) tuning changes and there's no content to optimize for at the moment; depending on what level you raid at and the expected difficulty of the content, a lot of people typically won't craft until Mythic raid week starts

Not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but this "Treacherous Transmitter" trinket is absolutely cursed and needs some extra APL support if you want it to not be randomly proccing 1-15 seconds after youve used it. Something akin to

This makes it sim slightly higher than other trinkets, but its also horrid to play with so its 🤷♂️

so there would be two playable talents instead of one
you could go for both execute pathing and mortal strike / op loop
