Tormented Spirits has quadratic scaling and Psychic Link scales off our ST damage and is all of our burst AoE. You nerf PL and our burst AoE becomes awful, you nerf our ST and you nerf our AoE, and you buff our ST and it's a direct AoE buff. So like... man LOL
