I have what I believe are some basic questions about Arms rotation gameplay (Yes I have read FAQs, WoWhead guides, and watched Youtube videos)

Specifically for Mythic+ AoE build

1. Do I ever Bladestorm on Single Target bosses or never hit it on Single Target?
2. Do I always get 2 stacks of Executioner's Precision before hitting Mortal Strike, even if Mortal Strike is available? (Ex, Ex, MS always during Ex phase?)
3. Do I still Mortal Strike while talented into Cleave? As they are separate abilities. Such as 4+ targets, I am primarily hitting Cleave, but would I also Mortal Strike or save rage for TC or WW instead?
4. One of my talents reduces the cooldown of Avatar with Rage spent. Should I save Avatar to line up with Warbreaker when it comes off early, or should I just hit it on cooldown?

Not to my knowledge. You can check out the “compare” feature of WarcraftLogs, which does help illustrate what separated you from similar warriors (same fight, ilvl, length, and within the same few weeks), but you have to do the investigating into the why

I've been struggling lately to push my damage in m+ to the next level, or in other words i feel a bit stuck and i think it's cause im stuck in the past with my priorities in rotation, so i wanted to ask some relatively quick (or so i hope) questions. I appreciate any input on them:
-If warbreaker is about to come out, but i have a bunch of rage, should i whirlwind or save it for the warbreaker window?
-If i have no overpower charges and all other spenders on cd, should i cleave with 0-1 charges or slam? (assume 5+ targets i guess)
-If i have no rage to hit cleave but 2 stacks of overpower buff, should i still overpower?
-If bladestorm+warbreaker is coming up in 10ish seconds, should i sweeping strikes to get max uses but waste some, wait to get more value in buff windows or delay the cds?
-How worried should i be about overcapping rage in AoE? As i understand its more rotational damage vs more cdr on significant cds

I understand its quite a bit, even one or two being responded is something i'd be thankful for and sorry if this is a bit much to just put in there

In m+ it’s hard to judge your dmg against others. When I’m in 15s my tank pulls big so I’m non stop doing 800k~1mil dps however when I put 10s or 8 with friends I just cry

I'm not sure how to approach the question, since they don't seem to be related to each other. Crushing force is simply taken as a dps increaser for when you hit slam and, depending how long you've been gone, ignore pain no longer contributes to anger management so it's not mandatory.

That said, it comes to Panda Remix, your rotation and whatnot don't really matter all that much to be honest. Your cloak will make it so that eventually you can just press Slam (our worst ability) and it'll do 10 million damage. Most of your "power" comes from clearing raids and doing the daily quests to upgrade your gear, i wouldn't overthink it too much

Correct yeah, as Raggu mentioned there has been a number of Quality of Life improvements for arms, though tbh Crushing Force is still entirely optional. You can take those talents, or just put them elsewhere and press Tclap anywhere you would have Slammed for no real meaningful difference in performance

Totally, so Ignore Pain lost all of its offensive interactions, meaning rage spent on it no longer contribute to Tactician, Anger Management, nor Test of Might.

People still run it because it's a very strong defensive cooldown (and we have too much rage pre-execute currently), but also beacuse the proactive shield it puts on us helps keep a higher uptime on our Blue Silken Lining embellishment

the more time you spend above 80% HP, the more mastery you get to do more damage

but-- since it's not required to run Ignore Pain, you can just take Fueled By Violence and turn your brain off, save a keybinding, it's whatever
