You'll want to leverage Raidbots to find specific stat numbers. Arms likes all stats in various amounts, preferring heavy Crit/Haste/Mast, but the exact amount you want of each will depend on the other gear that you're wearing

some folks already weighed in here, but i'd add that the power gained from gear is not equal. Someone could have the legendary weapon, while someone else doesn't (but has higher ilvl gear elsewhere, on say, Wrists). The dps gain from the weapon vs wrists is astronomically different, but it's still considered "equal" when it comes to ilvl comparison. Look at ilvl parses with an extremely large grain of salt

I would not recommend making a WA for this. Whether the set buff is up or not does not affect your rotation or decision making, so you are cluttering your screen with information you don't need

When you are designing your UI, make sure that everything that you are adding to it is something that you actually need to know or look at during combat. Otherwise, you end up with a setup that is flooded with useless information and it distracts you from the stuff that actually matters

Crit and Mastery scale VERY well in AoE so while it is doing a decent amount of your dam, it's not buffing 90% of your kit with the STR or stats from a different trinket.
