most of the dps difference here that I'm seeing is in your opener (ie: the first ~45 sec). A few things that stand out:

• You can just macro your mainstat pot into your Avatar. You used yours ~17sec into the pull, so your burst window was mostly passed by then, missing out on a decent buff
• Mortal Strike usage seems low for the timeframe. If you ever get an MS reset your priority should be to immediately spend the MS (this doesn't look to have happened).

Here's an example of a log where you and another player both got the same number of Battlelord resets in the opening 40sec (6 occurances), but they had 15 casts of MS while you only had 9 (meaning they used the 6 resets, while yours appeared to have not been used, it accounts for the exact missing number of MS casts.

Puzzlebox is now on the GCD so Fyralath/Puzzle isn't possible any more (both require a GCD to activate)
You can Avatar/Fyralath or (Avatar-caused Bladestorm)+Puzzlebox, but not all three

to accomodate for this, they did add +10sec to the Puzzlebox duration though (30sec total now), so dont worry about macroing it into other things, just precast Puzzlebox and do your normal opener afterwards, it'll cover your entire opener + extra without issue

@deep bison To add on to this, MS can also be better on higher target counts if you care about prio damage.

For instance, take the pulls in AA with the dragons that teleport then frontal. They have so much more health than anything else in the pack that you care more about getting ST on them so the pull is over faster

This could be especially important on bolstering weeks, so that stuff dies closer together, instead of building a boss with 8 stacks

Neltharion's can proc on ST yes, as it can proc from Dreadnaught from using Overpower, as well as Thunder Clap and Whirlwind both of which you use on ST too

Ashes is a 2 min cd which is cringe and Call comes with a dmg taken increase so if you pushing really high keys can be bad Augury is what im using

Augury is also really good for fury so if you play fury too its a good choice

I have Augury and it's solid. Just be aware that no main stat. Pips is good. Puzzle box is annoying but has a good use. And Signet for those few long fights.

Augury+Irideus is the least hassle then, but a little damage loss ?

Brand is only good if you can chain pull non stop, it falls off so fast and builds slowly. There are plenty of rps in this pool that will just fuck it if you dont pull to get those rps going

You typically don't play Signet in keys, because its value is very reliant on uptime as mentioned above, but it also has no value in AoE really. Ideally your setup would be Puzzle + a stat stick, like Icon, OCE or Pips, depending on your group setup

That's a "One heal please" moment to your healers.

But if you're dying in spots frequently then just go into Def stance and send a SR and you're fine 99% of the time

You could also have used impeding victory right as the soak went off for a chunky heal to top yourself. I tend to do that to help my healers.
