like if it has a 15-20ish second cd and u press ava you'll probably get it back halfway into ava and still get full wb value in like an m+ setting

but yea ideally if its like 5-10 seconds off from pressing CS/WB u can just wait assuming u dont lose any uses/uptime from doing so but if cs is like 25 seconds on cooldown prolly just send the av and it somewhat comes up in it cause aside from the possibility of like a sub 3 minute fight where you hold second avatar for execute phase u generally dont want to hold your 90s cd's for very long

Puzzle before is definitely the play, then there’s some flexibility on whether or not you include a clap at the start or not. Personally I don’t, but it’s one GCD. This isn’t prescriptive, but an example can look like:

Pre-Puzzlebox -> Charge -> Cleave -> Avatar/Roar/Pot -> WB -> Bladestorm -> WW -> SS -> AoE rotation
