also truthfully....EVREY class in wow has some kind of procs that lead to some manner of unpredictability. hence why a lot of classes follow a prio system.

you want to "go for" crit haste typically but you get a lot of mastery from blue silken lining embellishments and gear
i think i have like well over 40% of all 3 stats
verse is the one that floats kinda around the 20%ish but that is still kinda high
