What are your thoughts on 6 boss 3 min sim, vs 1 boss 3 min sim. I mainly play m+, on the 6 boss sim I will have 32% buffed 50% crit and with the 1 boss sim i have 41 haste and 41 crit. ( i just played a +10 for funsies with the lower haste build but it felt slow but overall dps was still good).

Depends what you're simming for. For raid stuff you generally do ST talents.
