Within single target, Arms plays in two ways depending on boss health: Normal Rotation and Execute Rotation

For normal rotation, you're trying to maintain Rend, use major CDs, MS on cooldown, Sudden Death procs, then use Overpower to get MS back. If MS/OP are unavailable, you spend rage via WW>Tclap to get an Overpower charge back, and repeat.

For execute rotation, you're basically using major CDs, then doing MS -> At Least 2 Executes -> MS

• Mortal Strike when you have 2x "Executioner's Precision" debuffs on the target
• Execute if you have more than 40 rage
• Overpower if you have less than 40 rage
