As others have mentioned, Double Bladestorm isn't recommended because it performs worse (usually) than running Bladestorm+Warlords Torment instead. There's a few other items to point out:

• Seismic Reverberation should be avoided (it does very, very little damage, the tooltip is misleading on this talent)
• You haven't chosen either Strength of Arms or Improved Sweeping Strikes, which is one of our most powerful M+ talents (swap Reaping Swings for this talent instead)

not really ya Xan he can be talented , learn his way up and spend hours in playing , and blizz servers near him so he is having 1 ms latency but the issue is if he have all this but he doesn't have a social skills to interact with top players or refrences to back him up at least in the beginning of his journey he will never use his potential to the fulliest as you understand wow is a group game in the end it's not that i am the best alone . even if you relate to politics and our world some people became leaders and Ceos of some sensitive companies but these people were made and pushed to these positions by some people ( aka some people made them ) regardless of their qualifications and big talents .
