I dont have the puzzle box, but i like to macro the irideus fragment with bladestorm. The STR bonus it provides ticks down once with bladestorm and buffs it for its entire duration. Bladestorm then increases your STR even further while you're spinning. When you come out of it, you still have most of the buff from the fragment in addition to the bladestorm buff.

The 0.7s reset is to ensure that it'll happen before even the fastest 100% haste GCD is up, so Anvil will only ever happen during the GCD without interrupting your rotation

it works with the free bladestorm you get from Avatar, but Puzzlebox itself now has a GCD associated with it. This means two things:
- If your macro has other on-gcd spells, it wont work
- Avatar-given bladestorm (Blademaster's Torment talent) isn't taken much currently, since it's not as strong as just "single bladestorm", comparatively.
They did increase puzzlebox's duration from 20sec to 30sec though, so you can just pre-cast puzzlebox before your opener and it's not a big deal
