at no point in wow's history did dungeons ever for-sure drop loot, just keep running them. I've gotten half of my gear from other players getting drops and not needing them, it's just a waiting + attempts game.

its good aoe burst damage, the chain can be useful/get you killed, there is better tho (oce/icon/anvil/brand/pb)

it actually has more str budget than effect, which is nice in some cases
has the same issue as fyr'alath though, in that it will cancel if you try to use it and charge at the same time

Puzzle Box + icon/oce or pips basically. Depends on your group and if they also use icon or oce

But they're all so close you can't go wrong with any of the three passives really

the easy rule of thumb is use MS in 3 or less targets and Cleave (when you have 2x Overpower buffs) in 4+ targets

there's some min-maxing in there to get some additional damage, but it's less than like 2%
