That said, Bullion catch-up is in place since day-1 of the patch, so if you miss a week you can acquired missed ones just by raiding. As for the quest, if it sticks around, we do not know if it will be considered part of the "catch up" or not.

Pretty much. You'll rend your target and then 4 random. I dunno if its smart to apply on non-rend targets, but since TClap is a filler you'll most likely spread rend pretty decently
I suppose you can test on the aoe dummies and put down 3 toy dummies. Or get people to put more and just tclap the same target and see if rend starts going on all the targets

It's something like your closest enemies so positioning yourself around packs could be helpful to spreading Rend. Not smart enough to just keep applying to non-applied enemies.

The sim just follows a priority. The opener doesnt affect your overall dps by a large amount. As long as you use stuff on cd, you should be fine.

Yeah. Overalls are cool to brag about, but there's so much more to timing than that. Tank pacing, priority kills, surviving etc. I dont think damage is the bottleneck for failing a key. Can only do so much anyway.

- for raid, 50-70% is probably a good general amount
- M+ is a little trickier and I would err on the side of lower uptime - probably around 30-50% in a mass AoE sim or 40-60% in a DS one
Though for context, it only takes ~15-20% for BSL to beat Shadowflame in AoE, and about 40% to beat it in priority damage

So dungeons you're likely to a multi target build. I'm definitely not an expert yet but I've recently switched from fury and have been hitting the targeting dummies a lot
My opener for multi target fights is charge > roar > tc > cleave > fyralath > avatar+war breaker > bladestorm
Then whirlwind > sweeping strikes > overpower
Cleave if 4 or more targets
Ms of 3 or less
Use overpower to trigger either cleave or ms
Fill with either tc or ww
Then repeat
