well no, you don't have SS up all the time. ms+ss on 1-4 targets then cleave above. without ss you ms on 1-2 targets, ofcourse if there's a prio target you ms anyway

it is significantly weaker yeah, and that's why I recommend Icon as a potential alternative, because it only requires 3 people of different roles (tank, healer, and dps) to fully max it out

especially in M+, since it's very unlikely that all 5 people in your group all have the trinket and all have all 5 different buffs

You need a "check the pins / guides" tag. All of my questions come from the guides. This one is on the M+ list of BIS trinkets, but then the "best trinkets for Arms" section below makes 0 mention of it
