I'd suggest u drop shockwave for uproar, especially with a vdh tank the shockwave aint changing much. Even with a bear, in nokhud you dont really need the extra stop. For the tierset, im quite sure its a dps loss in dungeons to go 2 set 2 set. But you'd have to sim it urself. Lastly ur not using cleave while talented into it which makes a big chunk of aoe damage

Your call, Signet Brand is really only good in raid for context though (it takes 3.5+min to stack, and if you're ever out of combat for more than 15sec it resets, making it bad for keys)

yeah, TDLR double bladestorm doesn't add much AoE, but it costs us a LOT of single target, so it doesn't matter if it's Tyran or Fort week, always run the single bladestorm version

also: the whole rend cap thing, this is pretty easy to test yourself in Valdrakken if you want. You can charge->clap the 5pack of dummies, then turn and charge->clap a dummy and see that Rend is on all of them
Tclap itself applies Rend to 5 random mobs, and tclap itself does reduced damage beyond 5 targets
but you can apply Rend to more than 5 mobs simultaneously.
so sometimes you'll clap and it'll refresh rend on existing targets, other times it'll apply to new ones, it's not something you have to overly worry about though

Dont really worry about your ToM% or maximizing what buttons you press if you're in CS or not. Especially with our new tier, where we're getting constant MS resets via Battlelord and/or Exhilirating Blows, your amount will be more of a byproduct of following the rotation and vary a fair amount. Focus on the rotation itself, not gaming ToM numbers 👍

technically it's mentioned again in Execute range for whether or not to use Troar, but that one is kinda moot in practice because in execute range you'll basically always be inside of CS or ToM (potentially both briefly), so you just send Troar when it's available and don't really think about it
