depends on your gear level - low gear, it's all crit/haste
as your gear level climbs, crit and haste fluctuate and drop a bit, vers climbs
as you get into very high gear with lots of cantrips, it's usually haste > verse ~= crit / mastery or crit > verse ~= haste > mastery (depending on how your gear leans, you can also influence it with sockets n such)

Other trinket should be Signet Brand (>5m), Anvil (>3m), or Puzzle Box (<3m or MT) depending on how long the encounters are. If you already have decent trinkets, use the Droptimizer(https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/droptimizer) to see if its worth buying Silent Star, Broodkeeper Ring, or upgrading your trinkets.
• Skip Silent Star if you're pushing high M+.

• Icon is better than OCE here because you're probably not going to get a full stack, but it's completely dependent on what tanks/healers end up playing. Nelth's Call to Chaos is a slightly weaker but much more reliable choice.
• Trinket #2 is usually Puzzlebox or Irideus Fragment, but it can't be purchased, so you'll have to farm it.
• Silent Star is fine if you do lower keys, but dangerous in high keys that get into one-shot territory; Broodkeeper ring is the opposite - no offense, but great survivability.
