you dont need the lego to play arms. You can play at an extremely high level without it, though it does help. There will be plenty of groups killing Fyrakk every week and you can still acquire it next season and upgrade it to Season 4 ilvl once you acquire it

Arm's rage bar is mostly ignorable until you hit execute phase. You mostly focus on your priority list, and don't watch for rage cap.

Yeah, Clap costs enough rage that it always gives you an Overpower back, and in Season 3 you'd cast it if your Mortal Strike doesn't have enough Overpower buffs attatched so it yet

for Season 4, we'll be clapping more just to upkeep rend, and for that same purpose, to on-demand give an Overpower charge back due to its range spend

when we start taking Cleave next season, that spell also consumes your OP buffs, so it's a bit more of "ok how many mobs are there, should i send Cleave or should I send MS"

*and if you need to say, pump one priority target harder than the others. If one mob hurts a lot and has way more HP than the rest of the pack, you'd probably want to prioritize MS into that guy

The highest difficulty you can kill is an accumulation of the bad luck protection from lower difficulties. Looting an ember on heroic vs looting one on LFR then Normal then Heroic is the same amount of BLP. Technically, you’re statistically more likely to get the axe by just only doing the highest difficulty you’re capable of. Only reason to do multiple difficulties is doing both heroic and mythic for lessers.

Some times it is the group holding back the individual, not the group held back by the individual - when it comes to performance in numbers.

Point being, there is more than one factor to the equation. Just care about if the job is done to kill the bosses.

Most likely yes, conspiracy. On PTR if we cloned a toon that had the quest it was still giving the season 3 ilvl weapon. This is likely because it’s a quest reward and not a direct lootable item from the boss itself

no worries there, this exact same problem caught me too because the design of the quest wasn't clear. You'll want to go back to the draconiod guy north of Valdrakken that you spoke to (the mage in the tower). I don't remember the specifics, but either you need to talk to him again, or click on something in his room

it's in the quest text itself, but not marked as a "next step" on your minimap, which leads to the confusion

we'll have updated wowhead guides soon for this, but in a nutshell it's going to be using your major cooldowns, then trying to keep MS on cooldown, use Overpower to get MS back, then spend rage to get Overpower back, all while maintaining Rend via Thunderclap.

roughly the same as it is now, just with less Sudden Death procs throughout
