usually no, it's a fair gold cost to swap every time. You can keep duplicate pieces of gear around (or just swap your rings/trinkets around) and it gets you very close most of the time

Probably going to be the go to build for all scenarios since it does good ST / prio and keeps a very significant aoe

Usually the biggest problem with raid performance is that people tend to lose a lot of uptime to do mechanics, try to figure out ways to get as much uptime as possible, and ofcourse trying to do the rotation as well as possible. For arms specifically, building up the ToM buff (by using colossus smash and dumping rage) could be a big factor in your demage output as well ^^

The scavenger pull in blackrook hold is a great example of a place where this would happen where you overpower whirlwind overpower overpower thunderclap overpower

Basically it’s useful on fights where you are a 2 min class regardless of avatar being 1.5.
Tindral is a decent example of a 2 min fight, but it’s long enough to have signet and augury outperform it. Gnarlroot is the only place it really offers anything useful
