You generally shouldn't, but -
if you are in actual need for one reason or another, you can combine functions and make sequence macro's. Less efficient, not recommended, still the option is there to make WoW playable to a decent level for those with handicaps

If you are simply a new player and still learning the ropes, you should delay using macro's and functions till after you mastered the buttons alone. Try to make a setup where you can comfortably reach and press the buttons. #ui-addons-manager is a great place to discuss keyboard setup. Or start a war in here, asking for people's preferences. You should be able to have over 50 buttons press options to play with, so arms are not going to make you run out of space that is for sure

There are two thing that you can do to optimize Fatality, sub 35%. First one is to simple go old school 2x exe > MS between 35% > 30.01%, and then the second thing you can do is if you have like 2-3 secs remaining on your CS, OP/MS, rather than Exe, until ToM is up instead.

In SimC this is just so slightly within the margin of error, but trending slightly higher than not doing so

And as it's such a minor gain, for a lot of work to try and implement, I've simply never added it to a public sim, and I've also removed it from my personal one

You're simming with AP runes, when they've never really been used, and also using the dual wield rune preset
