Haven’t played since legion. Recently got my warrior to 90.
I used to be obsessed with Fury. Like I remember casting Rampage and enraging and you could LITERALLY FEEL the haste increase.
The spec felt fast and flowed like water. It was a rush. I loved it.
But I’m not liking it at all now. It feels clunky. It feels slow. And just meh.

Yea not for st that was me saying in general with the adds but im thinking its my rotation. Im doing 85-90k st dmg on the dummies with thane and 80k on slayer after 2 minutes.

Unless you somehow have zero other buttons to press, but thats pretty rare. You'd have to be rage starved, everything else on CD, and get like no resets on any casts.
Sometimes ill press it to get rend on a bunch of targets if i Tclapped too early or tank pulled weird, but thats also rare.

If your guild is somehow struggling on egg damage arms should be far superior yes but cuz of the gargantuan timer nerf the egg dps check really shouldn’t be an issue anymore so a lot more kills are happening of all previously “bad” specs on the fight and fury just looks good cuz it does a lot of damage in p1 constantly having 3 adds to cleave
arguably or maybe not even arguably the second p1 is just the hardest part of the fight and boss egg “should” basically be irrelevant so it might be more helpful to play fury just to kill adds that much faster and be able to worry about them a little less as they’re still sort of a potential wipe point in p1
but end of the day doesn’t really matter which you pick arms still pretty good on p1 adds and fury is “ok” on egg but egg should be a non issue anymore

How is it pad to kill adds that need to die. Most of them need to die asap with very few exceptions, if you are parsing well then you are doing a good job with executing your rotation in almost all fights this season.

yea that’s not really a true statement aside from like 2 fights but it’s not the phrasing of calling it pad or not it’s that as the season progresses the adds on these bosses die so unfathomably fast that you barely stand a chance to parse well as dps warr unless the rest of your raid is flat out afk

it’s just extremely low health pad adds that get thanos snapped out of oblivion the moment they spawn when the entire raid is 289 Ilvl
like a bladestorm/demolish are pretty good/fast aoe buttons and it works well when things are immediately grouped but the main problem lies in the fact all these add spawns in bosses do not spawn stacked at all and most of the time they either have to run in or get gripped in and by that time the ranged are just turbo starfalling them or something else like on first boss/vorasius/dragons/salhadar kind of unless ur tanks drop balls really well

i dont think its worse, arms just has unique prio dmg due to the fact that you cleave it casts HS/Slam for you, on the target you are targeting. So you have a better i guess damage profile but i wouldn't say fury is worse just does dmg in a differnt way idk thats how i see it

you send it at 85 with slayer unless you can exe. in thane, you hold until 100 because BT/BB are more damage and can proc TB which contributes a ton of dmg in AoE
