I am - Fury got a much bigger buff than Arms and I definitely felt the impact of the lessrer buff on Arms, therefore the greater buff for Fury should be rather noticeable

To change the direction of the conversation around the WW question to a more productive one; WW doesn't do very much damage on its own. The ability's benefit comes from the improved WW buff, which makes your abilities cleave. It's worth using instead of nothing, but not instead of most other abilities unless to apply improved WW.
