to keep it all in one spot, your rotation seems solid and you dont waste a lot of rage.

by far the biggest issue was your cd usage, you went down first but didnt use cds on the adds so you did like 0 dps in the down phase. most logs are using cds when they go down because you can do more burst then other specs (some other specs).

2 other minor things, enchant for speed or leech, speed is theoretically higher dps as more uptime but leech is cooler, you are missing a shoulder enchant also. you also have the leg enchant that technically isnt optimal for dps. you want the one that gives mainstat + armor because we have dps scaling off armor.
