the keystone deplete system kills it for people no one wants to do their own key because at a higher level without a proper coordianted group you have a very high chance to deplete your key within the first few pulls of a dungeon most of the time. No one wants to spend hours finally raising their 18 key to a 19 key jsut to have a pug tank fuck up a pull and then have to grind a key you already have timed again for hours
