I assume there is an eventual breakpoint where more mastery isnt preferred? i know there is a breakpoint of 1380 mastery, but swapping crit/haste boots and belt for the haste/mastery versions doesnt get you to that point.
I know i can just sim my charcter (and i do) - but im just trying to understaand more of the "Why" behind this. and its not a theoritical point, as i do have all the BIS gear so just trying to understand more. thank you in advance!
