since its only like a few more secondaries and no main stat

Are logs always correct or is there some wonky shit happening since you are 2 groups and it’s different between whoever is logging. you get 2 bonus rolls every week and if rolled on a +10 it will result in guaranteed myth 1/6 loot
it wont necessarily be the piece you want, but whatever piece is, it will be removed from the bonus roll pool going forward
so your odds of hitting the wanted outcome is just a matter of time

Its to basically bank rage, if you cast at 100 its 20 less rage you need to generate to get to the next rampage, so if you get bad rb resets, or sd procs, thats one less global you need to press to build up to a ramp.
You dip into that bank for bad rng to make sure you keep enrage up

rampage casts depend on rage generation, casting a rampage early doesnt give you more rampages, it just means your next one is delayed
as long as you are not rage capped you're not losing rampages, so you're better off using other abilities like pesky said
