Do all the WQs for adventruer gear
Check bank for Warbound gear
World boss
Do T8 delves (even on fresh 90 they're pretty easy as long as you don't overpull)

With pot of reck ( it sims better for me than light) you have to be careful with heart of ancient hunger trinket... It will buff your crit instead of mastery if the trinket is active and you pop ur pot
