If you take a title level M+ player and put them on any class, they will be able to time a 12

If you take a player who struggles to time a 5 and put them in the most meta group, they probably cannot time a 12

Guys how do you decide what you should press during an opener on aoe? After i hit reck it is so hectic, like i would press rampage tc/tb and keep going or should i squeeze in a bt every now and then?

Crafting either bracers, cloak, boots, or belt will literally net you a 0.1% or less dps difference in end game gear. The critical thinking part kicks in just craft what is best for your current gear. Ie. I crafted cloak cuz i was lucky and got myth bracers last week from first boss

To put this in other words, if you have both a 266 cloak and bracers that both give 50 haste and 50 mastery (this is purely hypothetical), if you craft a bracers or cloak for the higher ilvl, they will give you EXACTLY the same dps increase as they are the same item slot value. There's no cantrip in either of those slots, or some secret item.

Because, otherwise, the Cloak would seem like the proper suggestion since many players are easily able to have their guild clear or pug the first boss and to get the wrists from there, plus less competition for plate wrists versus a cloak anyway.
