Top yellow bar is your enrage timers, Bottom red is your rage and I wouldn't say it is your rotation order for thane but a pretty normal arura set up for CDs/abilities

wowhead should have most rotational questions laid out well enough but quick tldr is yes in high target aoe you will spam tc/tb basically on cooldown
ramp > tc > ramp > tc > ramp > tc etc
supplement ramp with bb if not enough rage
in normal/lower packs and st tho yea u hit bloodbath/thirst a lot more
and raging blow one of the last buttons you hit

Blast is very high damage thanks to the guaranteed lighting strike, and generates more rage
Part of BTs value is also the ability to proc Blast, which you don’t necessarily care about when you’re ready to use Avatar

I’ve never had a problem with TB falling off due to a lack of procs, but outside of Ava you’re not overly concerned with waiting for 2 stacks anyway
It’s more a during Avatar thing to create more room to keep using BT and Rampage frequently at lower target counts, delaying to 2 allows you to use TB as more of a filler between BTs CD, without overcapping and wasting procs

Question about WoW Analyzer and decision making in general, I'm a blue/occasional purple parser in 10s/11s and been using it to improve- generally seeing "accuracy" of about 60% and my recurring mistake (according to them) is not pressing Rampage at x Rage- in reality though I think whats happening is Im seeing Rampage isn't available, queing up say execute, and then Rampage is showing available in the half second between hitting Execute and it actually going off. I guess my question is would it be worth it to slow down and try not to pre-empt myself like that, or is ABCing worth missing some of the time?

I will also say that wowa isn't necessarily meant to be used for M+ logs - it kind of works automatically, but it's primarily checking the single target rotation, so the accuracy across a variety of target counts isn't guaranteed

yea if like the next 2-3 raids in a row are won before eu even has their reset then A) blizz is absolutely terrible at designing bosses and B) they’d probably try to swap then if they felt like they had to
