uh i mean some preliminary things are yea as you've said you have way less casts per minute than the other guy, im not exactly sure how else to suggest fixing this other than saying hit buttons more often, you should sorta be thinking about what your next button is going to be after pressing one and can kinda 'pre spam' it a little if you want to get it off as soon as possible

there are ilvl parses to show how you did compared to others in your ilvl bracket, so you can have like a 60 parse at 250 ilvl but have like a 90 ilvl parse, as in "you did well for people in your ilvl, but your ilvl is still just really low so you did bad compared to every player with all gear ranges"
