like in the situation you have 80 rage and want to send a rampage, you might still have 1-2 sec of enrage time left, so you can hold ramp by another global or two, but if you decide not to and send it right away now you have 0 rage, and have 5ish seconds of enrage to make 80 rage back up again which isnt that easy outside of reck so chances are you'll have a second or two hitting unenraged buttons which is no bueno damage
it is something of a loss yea idk how severe it is
but just decent practice to not worry about ramp until rage bar closer to full or if you can track when enrage is about to fall off
