no, no ww stacks...it does hit everything around you, like whirlwind, and also puts a bleed on you, gives you enrage, and 20 rage

but while you have Avatar and Recklessness CDs going, you're better off just alternating between rampage and thundercap, and filling in with bloodlust

so you can safely drop it for some more self sustain using Ragedrinker talent, cause you use bloodthirst attack so much, the healing adds up

no, you're just not required to set Arms loot spec anymore, which is a benefit for newer players who didn't realize they could remove 1hrs from the loot table that way

At this point, no. Removing 1H weapons from the loot pool for Fury makes it so that both loot specs get you the same gear. Now you don't have to swap into Arms loot spec while playing fury. at this late in the expansion, most people are geared to the point that they've gone well beyond diminishing returns on Haste and Mastery, reducing their otherwise high value back down closer to other stats - we still do typically favor Haste, but Versatility can overtake Mastery because it both multiplies with other damage increases and affects some sources of damage that Mastery does not

If you want to play Fury Warrior correctly, you are asking the wrong questions. No serious fury warrior cares if they push bloodthirst then raging blow, or is it rampage then whirlwind? This is how you play fury warrior:

1. Never miss a GCD, every GCD is zugzug. This means you punch your attack buttons several times per GCD to insure you never miss even .00001 downtime. This is a war against ping, Sir. Fight me. No, 10 button presses per GCD, really hammer that keyboard. Why? because missing a few GCDs is a larger damage loss than you accidently pushing rampage then execute, unsteadied of execute them rampage.

2. Open your cooldown manager and drag everything to the bottom, then on the right side there are two tabs. One is a clock and the other a lightning bolt. Click on the lightning bolt and dragon everything to the bottom row again. Then drag Improved Whirlwind buff to the top row, and the enrage bar (looks like a closeup of a skull's bloodshot eyeball), drag that one to the middle row. Then hit esc key twice and go into edit mode, zoom out like you are playing a raid/dungeon, find the cooldown manager panels, and place your enrage timer bar just below your feet. Set your improved whirlwind stacks just to the side of your enrage timer, or just above/below, whatever you like.

So your first prio is never miss a GCD. And at the same time, your second prio, which is equal in importance to your first prio, is to never let that orange enrage bar disappear off your screen. Try your best to get 100% uptime on in. The same is true for your whirlwind stacks. Count it out if you want, each GCD attack, in your head go 1, 2, 3, 4, thunderclap, 1, 2, 3, 4, thunderclap...I dont care how you do it, whatever works.

3. Pay attention where you are standing. You want to be standing in the center of the most mobs so you are getting max AoE dps, and also not standing in the fire and dying. Like before, this prio is of equal importance to the other two. Do all three of these things at the same time

Not done a key where I aint the top DPS as of yet, and I do builds that are silly levels of "should not work". Avatar Slayer, with focus on BT and reaps. Works. BS Slayer, with no AoE nodes beyond improved WW, works like a charm. Slayer with no BS or Avatar, you got it, works.

The core of Fury is just solid dam as a kit on live.

Heck, if you go into a key in Dstance with Stance Mastery, you are as tanky as any tank for most content you will play. Tanks die, and you will remain there as a bulwark till the tank comes running back - or while you finish the last 99% of the boss.

Can arms do this? No... probably... not! So Fury is the better spec. I say this with 0 bias.

If you're targetted by a spell, you can have target casts enabled with a nameplate add-on that shows the targeted player which the spell is being cast on. There's also an audio queue you can use by blizzard but that one activates when you're targeted by anything not just reflectable spells. Otherwise I don't think it's possible to have something like what the WA used to do.
