Arc ui is using the the buff when it's tracked with the CDM. if you hide the CDM buffs , arcu cant track Enrage either.

Arcui is fetching the CMD buffs and creates a stack bar. As long as you have " Tracked buff" visible on the screen. it will show the bar too.
i wanted to create a Bar in my addon to avoid that. but so far i wasnt lucky
