Rampaging ruin replaces rampage damage entirely and does significantly less damage. You're better off not having it in the vast majority of situations

It also always replaces rampage damage while you have a stack of whirlwind, so if you ever press whirlwind in a low target or ST scenario you're giving up a ton of rampage damage

Thane is recommended for M+, thunder clap hits really hard in aoe now. Give that a try if you dont want to deal with the target cap constantly
