In the current TWW Season 3 APL, the condition buff.ashen_juggernaut.remains <= gcd has the highest priority. And in a similar context, there is also rampage, if=buff.enrage.remains < gcd.

But these two conditions have an important difference. The Ashen Juggernaut (AJ) buff stacks must be maintained. On the other hand, for example, if your GCD ends and your Enrage buff has about 0.2 seconds left, then using Raging Blow (RB) in that moment is the optimal play. Even if the Enrage buff expires after casting RB, it’s not a problem—you can simply cast Rampage afterward to re-apply Enrage.

However, AJ doesn’t work like this. If you play it this way, the AJ stacks would drop. While implementing this logic in WA, this difference felt strange to me. Does SimC have any built-in compensation or special handling for this?

odyns was just really good on aoe but you did crushing blows/blood baths the entire time regardless of your cds or not

only in amirdrassil when cooldowns directly translated to 1000% increase dmg bb's did we actually have "burst cooldowns"

and literally only in amirdrassil was there a potential tangible way to lose globals otherwise apm is completely unaffected by these talents one way or the other

but we gotta stop making up stuff like we "feel" an apm difference of 5 when mfs swap between powerful and frenzied enrage all they want and it barely affecting dps

And then you basically just spam the fuck out of rb

Aoe prio is, broadly speaking, ww > enrage > 3mfe exe > rb > other exe conditions > ramp > bt
