hey just wanna check in with da meta knowers, statwise i am near the limit before you lose rating in both Haste and Mastery, and through sims most of the time i gain more damage with more versatility, so i lob stats into vers as i am nearing "full" on the other 2 stats, is that the way to go or is it generally more worth to ignore vers and go into Mastery even though the rating gives you less percentage the higher you go?
currently i sit around 34% Haste, 56% Mastery and 25% vers (this with consumables on)

but no in general there's no reason to delay using ava after reck
It's important to reck first in order to double the rage generation of the ava cast, but their durations stack with no issue from berserkers torment

On a patchwerk raid boss fight, yeah. The difference being a standard 1 target boss sim will include raid buffs, consumes, bloodlust, and execute range. A target dummy sim will have no buffs (including battle shout), consumes, or lust, and will always treat the target as being at 100% hp
You can definitely do 10s in a pug at like 700 ilvl, the difficulty will be getting into the group in the first place
