You need 10 stacks of overwhelm. You get them via baldestorm or blood thrist. So you need to use BS for the start of every pull. Then spam raging blow. rampage for more raging blow. Execute will reduce the cooldown of bladetsorm. So once mobs hit 30% use execute on proc as well!

• you basically want to make sure Bladestorm is available for each new pack, because it immediately applies 5-8 stacks, then RB
• if you can't Bladestorm new targets, focus Execute & BT until you can

- the whirlwind cleave is extremely small range and its not worth taking talents for it to cleave for like 20 total seconds added up in a long fight

well we are mostly doing it in a group setting, in a group, first and second soak first, then third and four soak later
add each group to a symbol and it works more or less the same, without a weakauras screaming at you :v

Maxxroll guide stays that i should use bladestorm only when "Recklessness is active or has more than 12 seconds remaining cooldown." but on wowhead guide stays i should use it on cooldown (or when fresh enrage was applied on single target). Which one i should follow?

the actual actual proper usage of bladestorm in pure ST is that you hold bladestorm if ava has 8 or less seconds of CD remaining or recklessness has 15 or less seconds left remaining
the less time remaining on recklessness the higher the dps gain from combining them
Wowhead is a simplified guide that doesn't necessarily want to include every single optimization cause some of them dont really matter much
Maxroll has a guide that is based on their private APLs so they came to different conclusions

in AoE the conditions are about the same iirc, the main concern is that you want to use BS to apply overwhelmed on the next pack/the next aoe phase of the fight in order to activate your 4set
so we hold BS a LOT in m+
in order to apply overwhelmed to next pack/boss
if BS wont be back in time for next pack -> we hold
if BS will be back in time for next pack -> send it
